Is a seamless floor finish based on polyurethane products reinforced with rubber. It is a so-called trowel floor consisting of PU resin as binding agent, a special hardener and rubber granules. The floor is seamless and has excellent wear resistance and good mechanical resistance.

Applications
Agroflex rubber mortars are intended for covering the loading floors of horse trailers and cattle trucks. Use in the livestock sector: for floors of stables, boxes, kennels, walkways, etc.
Usage
On wooden porous substrates first apply primer G4 or. Then let it dry for at least 4 to 6 hours (with a maximum of 8 hours.) For a concrete substrate we recommend the epoxy primer fast. The mortar can be applied after one hour (23°C). Mix the A-component well into a homogeneous mass.This mortar consists of A-component (PU resin - 19,75 kg) + B-component (hardener - 3,75 kg) + C-component (rubber - 13,5 kg). Always mix the A and B components before adding the rubber granules. After mixing, process within 40 minutes at 23°C and apply with a smoothing trowel. Afterwards, de-aerate with a spike roller.
If you want to make smaller quantities, the mixing ratio is 5:1 by weight. Do not mechanically load the fresh floor covering for 2 days and do not bring it into contact with water for 1 week. If necessary, the edges can be finished with Uniflex.
Safety
The use of a carbon filter mask type A2 is recommended.
