When can I return or exchange something?

• If you purchased or received the products less than 14 days ago.
• The packaging of the products is in good condition.
• The product or set is returned in its entirety (A+B) and complete.
• The products have not been opened and are unused.
• It does not concern a product that has been custom-made for you or a customised colour.
