2 component durable, high-build, slightly elastic PUR varnish for finishing wood, glass, plastic, metal and non-ferrous metals. Highly resistant to sun, water, chemicals and diluted acids and alkalis. Retains its satin gloss and is UV-resistant. Has a M1 fire retardant rating according to UNE 23727-90 and is F1 classified according to NF- F-16101.

Applications
As a finishing coat for various applications on boats, construction and model making. Can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun. When spraying, however, dilute 30-50% with Urkisol 8229, when applying by brush or roller it is best to dilute 10-30%.
Usage
Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface. Never use in direct sunlight. Mix individual components well before use. Mix both components in a 3/1 volume ratio. Let this mixture rest for approx. 15 min. and then process within 4 hours. Waiting time between coats 3-4 hours. Dust-dry after 30 minutes. Adhesive-free after 3-4 hours. As an extra adhesion layer for porous substrates, use primer G4, for aluminium or stainless steel substrates use Epoxy Lightprimer. Spray pressure: 2.5-4 bar at an opening of 1.5-1.8 mm. Caution: Excessive humidity may cause air bubbles to form on the surface.Safety
