2 component durable, high-build, slightly elastic PUR varnish for finishing wood, glass, plastic, metal and non-ferrous metals. Highly resistant to sun, water, chemicals and diluted acids and alkalis. Retains its high gloss and is UV-resistant. Is ideal to be sprayed with a spray gun.

Applications
As a finishing coat for various applications on boats, construction and model making. Can be processed with a brush as well as with a spray gun. When spraying, however, dilute 15-20% with Urkisol 8229. For brush application we recommend diluting 5-10%.
Usage
Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface. Never apply in full sunlight. Mix both components in a 2/1 volume ratio. Mix the individual components well before use. Let this mixture rest for approx. 15 min and then process within 3 hours. Waiting time between coats min. 3 hours Dust-dry after 1 hour and tack-free after 4 hours. As an extra adhesion layer for porous substrates, use primer G4, for aluminium or stainless steel substrates use Epoxy Lightprimer. Spray pressure: 2.5-4 bar at an opening of 1.5-1.8 mm. Caution: too high a humidity may cause air bubbles to form on the surface.Safety
