2 component durable, high-build, slightly PUR varnish for finishing wood, glass, plastic, metal and non-ferrous metals. Highly resistant to sun, water, chemicals and diluted acids and alkalis. Retains its high gloss and is UV-resistant. Is ideal to be sprayed with a spray gun.

Limited number of colours available in 750ml (A+B)
According to ral colour in 5 lt and 20 lt packages (A-comp.)

Applications

As a finishing coat for various applications to boat, construction and model making. Can be applied with a brush or a spray gun.

For spraying, however, one should dilute by 15-20% with Urkisol 8229.
For brush application we recommend to dilute 5-10%.

Usage

Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
Never use in the full sun.
Mix both components in a 2/1 volume ratio.
Mix the individual components well before use.
Allow the mixture to rest for approx. 15 min. and then process it within 3 hours.
Waiting time between layers min. 3 hours.
Dust dry after 1 hour, tack free after 4 hours.
As extra adhesive layer for porous substrates you can use primer G4, for aluminium or stainless steel substrates you can use Epoxy Lightprimer.
Spray pressure: 2,5-4 bar at an opening of 1,5-1,8 mm.

Attention: too much humidity can lead to the formation of air bubbles on the surface.

Avoid prolonged skin contact.
Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
