Is a 2 component solvent-free and almost odourless liquid laminating . Cures without sticking.

Can best be processed in combination with glass, or aramid fabric. Can be used to make extremely strong parts.

Applications

As a low viscous and medium reactive resin for the manufacture of GRP and CVK parts. Used in model making, aircraft construction and repair of composites in combination with carbon and Kevlar fabrics. Very good water resistance and chemical resistance against alkaline and acid solutions.

Usage

Mix the two components in the correct weight or volume ratio.
Dry after 20 hours.
Fully cured after 7 days.
Apply with a brush or roller.
Because of the low viscosity, also suitable for vacuum or RTM light technique.
Post-curing is recommended to optimise the mechanical properties (after 4-8 hrs at room temperature: with hardener 2401 B: 2-4 hrs at 50-70 °C + 2-3 hrs at 80-100 °C with hardener 2002 B: 2-3 hrs at 70-80 °C).
