Is a 2 component, pre-accelerated , glass fibre filled and elastic bonding paste based on orthophthalic polyester resin. Has a low shrinkage and high elongation until break.
For a fast and durable bonding of e.g. PUR, PVC, balsa wood, stone, aluminium, metal, polyester parts and phenol foam.

Applications
Finds its application in the bodywork sector, boat building, mouldings, etc. For fastening, filling out and radiusing of bulkheads, frames, hull connections, etc.
The cured adhesive bond has good impact resistance and is resistant to moisture and most diluted chemicals.
Usage
- The surface must always be dry and free of dust and grease.
- Mix the polyester with 1-3% Mekp hardener and apply this mixture with a rubber spatula.
- Can already be loaded after 2-3 hours.
- Potlife: 10-15 min. at 20°C.
- Processing temperature: 18-25°C.
- Always apply small quantities in proportion to the potlife.
- When gluing laminates made of LSE (low styrene emission = paraffin wax) resins and older than 24 hours, sanding is necessary to obtain new adherence.
- Hardening after 24 hours.
- Can be accelerated with 0.5-1.5 % cobalt.
- Never mix cobalt directly with Mekp hardener, but separately in the resin.
Note: all polyesters can be slowed down with inhibitor.

This product contains styrene and must therefore be handled in accordance with the safety regulations.
