Applications
Suitable as a finishing coat on new and already painted wood inside and outside, above the waterline.
Usage
- Always ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free from grease.
- Best results are achieved with a flat brush.
- Minimum application temperature: 5 °C.
- Do not apply in direct sunlight or on warm surfaces.
- When renewing old varnish, it is best to dilute the first layer by 10-20% with SL Yacht enamel thinner.
- For new wood thinning the first coat approximately 40% with SL Yacht enamel thinner, the second coat 10-20%.
- The following layers do not need to be thinned.
- Apply in 1-3 layers for already treated surfaces, 4-5 layers for new wood.
- Waiting time between coats: minimum 16 hours.
- Hand-dry after 3 hours.
- Rain resistant after 6 hours.
