2 component very fine based on . Very well sandable with little shrinkage and dust formation during sanding. After , you get a completely tack free surface. Applicable on (GRP), wood, concrete and metal.

Available in 3 kg (cartridge) and 10 kg (cartridge).

Applications

Very soft sandable putty with fine finish for unevenness in metal, GRP, wood, concrete or other putties. Can be finished with an appropriate varnish system.

Usage

Substrate must be dry, dust and grease free.
Mix the polyester with 2-3% BPO hardener and apply with a spatula.
Potlife: 4-5 min. at 20°C. Can already be sanded after 20-30 min.
Processing temperature: min. 10°C.
After curing, resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.
Maximum recommended layer thickness is 5 mm.

Note: all polyesters can be slowed down with inhibitor.

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone). This product contains styrene and must therefore be handled in accordance with the safety regulations.
