Is a 2 component solvent-free lightweight putty based on (0.8 kg/litre.) This putty can be applied in layer thicknesses up to 10 mm without shrinking. Available in 750 ml and 7.5 kg packaging.

Applications

Excellent for repairing damage above and below the waterline on steel, hardwood, polyester and ferro-cement. Also suitable for osmosis repair on polyester boats. Aluminium substrates should first be pre-treated with epoxy Light Primer.

Usage

The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Mix both components in a 1/1 volume ratio or a 100:100 weight ratio and process within 50 min at 20°C. Apply with a spatula. Depending on the substrate and quality, sand or sand first. Sandable after 24 hours (20°C). Water loadable after 48 hours. Never apply below 10°C

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (eco-friendly substitute for acetone).
