Applications
For smoothing out on e.g. boat or moulded parts. Shrink-free and well sandable, fast curing finishing putty. Has excellent adhesion to wood, metal, GRP, aluminium, PU foam and other synthetic surfaces.
Usage
- Mix the two components in a 2/1 volume ratio or a 100:44 weight ratio.
- Potlife: Approx. 40 min. at 20°C and a min. temp. of 10°C.
- Dry after 15 hours at 20°C and fully cured after 7 days.
- Apply with a spatula on a dust- and rust free underground as dry as possible, in a maximum layer thickness of 10 mm.
- Each additional layer may be 10% thicker than the underlying layer.
- Processing temperature: 15-20°C.
- Can best be sanded afterwards with P80-P120 for general bonding and with P120-P240 for fine finishing.
- Use Lightprimer for further finishing.
Caution: do not add more hardener than indicated.
