Is a 1-component solvent-based, abrasion-resistant PU that reacts to air humidity. Satin gloss paint for industrial floors and garages. Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, oil and fuels. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, is UV resistant.

Available in 1lt, 5 lt, 30 kg containers.

Applications

As a waterproofing for porous substrates.
Final coat for concrete, metal for inside and outside.
In case of freshly poured concrete, wait at least 28 days before applying G4 Primer and then Estovoss.
Easy to maintain.
High-quality finishing coat for industry, balconies, farms and basements or garages.
Exists only in a grey colour, +- RAL 7001.

Usage

Always ensure that the surface is as dry and grease-free as possible and apply our primer G4 with a brush or roller.
After 2-4 hours (max. 12 hours) Estovoss can be applied.
Apply Estovoss with a brush or roller.
It is dust-dry after 2 hours.
Waiting time between layers: 6 to 8 hours with a max. of 12 hours.
Can be thinned with max. 10% PU thinner.
Can be walked on after 6 hours, lightly loaded after 12 hours and fully hardened after 7 days.
You can use our anti-slip granulate (5%) to make the surface anti-slip.
Stir well before use.

Beware of opened containers; they must always be closed airtight to prevent further hardening in the tin.
Pour any surplus into a smaller container. Should any skin formation occur, please remove it carefully.

Attention: too much humidity can cause air bubbles to form on the surface.
