Applications
Convenient tubes with automatic 1:1 mixing for finishing a multitude of substrates including ABS, Acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel, epoxy, GRP, wood, polycarbonate, PVC and galvanised steel. Has a tensile strength of 23-25 N/mm² (ASTM D638). Withstands temperatures from -40 to 100°C. Resistant to most diluted alkalis and acids.
Usage
- Always ensure that the surface is as dry and grease-free as possible.
- Sand the surface thoroughly or with a coarse sandpaper.
- Tape off the sides for protection.
- Apply the jointing compound and smoothen with a spatula.
- Potlife: 4-7 minutes at 24°C.
- Fixation time: 18-22 min.
- Final strength achieved within 24 hours.
- Processing temperature: 18-25°C.
- When applying, maintain 50% humidity at 23-25°C.
Safety
- Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
