Applications
Highly sandable filling putty with improved filling and smoothing properties. Has a direct adhesion on wood, metal, aluminium and galvanised surfaces and GRP. Can be finished with fine finishing putty e.g. SL polyester filler universal and then with an appropriate paint system.
Usage
- Substrate must be dry and free from dust and grease.
- Mix the filler with 2-3% BPO hardener and apply the mixture with a spatula.
- Potlife: 4-7 min. at 20°C.
- Minimum processing temperature: 10°C.
- Can be sanded after 20-30 min.
- After curing, resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.
- Avoid overdosing the hardener with the putty, as too much hardener can affect the adhesion and lead to discolouration.
Note: All polyesters can be slowed down with inhibitor.
