Is a 2-component, special -drying liquid modified that is used together with a glass fibre for repairs to both and metal. Remains slightly after and sticky to the surface. Should therefore always be finished with a filler or . Is extremely suitable for bodywork repairs or processing at low temperatures. Available in 1 kg packaging.

Applications

If you use Quick VT in combination with glass fibres, it can serve as reinforcement material, e.g. for closing holes. The resin also has good adhesion to wood, polyester, metal and PVC.It is also used to dilute casting wood or putty.

Usage

The substrate must always be made dry, rough, dust-, rust- and greaseproof. Mix the resin thoroughly with 2-3% BPO hardener paste and apply with a round brush (tamponading). Potlife: approx. 7 min. at 20°C. Processing temperature: from 10-25°C. Fully hardened after 2-4 hours. Always apply small quantities in proportion to the potlife. On rusted metal, if necessary, prepare with a thin layer of polyester filler, in order to obtain a better adhesion. Note: all polyesters can be slowed down with inhibitor.

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
