Applications

Universally applicable for all types of moulds and models. Can be processed both manually and mechanically as well as under vacuum. Protoflex is easy to use, has very good curing, very high elasticity and very good abrasion resistance.

Usage

Always ensure that the surface is as dry as possible. Mix individual components well before use, shaking before use is insufficient. Mixing ratio: 100/20. All above-mentioned ratios are by weight and at a minimum application temperature of 18 °C. Curing time: 24 hours. Do not store the product in a too cold and humid environment. Deformability: after 2 hours. This can be accelerated by adding 1-3% PUR accelerator. Temperature resistant up to 80°C.
