Is an unfilled, odourless and fast-drying system based on two-component . Gives a hard rubbery and wear resistant result after . Exists in a white colour which is UV-resistant. Available in 5.4 kg and 68 kg packaging.

Applications

Universally applicable for all kinds of castings that need to remain UV-resistant. Can be processed manually, mechanically and under vacuum. Casting resin NÂ°12 is easy to use, has a very good through-hardening and very high elasticity and very good wear resistance.

Usage

Always ensure that the surface is as dry as possible. Mix the individual components well before use, shaking is not sufficient. Mixing ratios: 100 / 35. All above-mentioned ratios are in weight and at a minimum processing temperature of 18°C. Processing time: 14-15 min. Curing time: 24 hours. Do not store the product in an excessively cold and humid environment. Temperature resistant up to 80°C. Can be accelerated with PUR-accelerator.

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged skin contact. The use of a carbon filter mask type A2 is recommended. Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly alternative to acetone). The B component may irritate the eyes, respiratory system and skin. Sensitisation possible by inhalation and skin contact.
