Is a blue coloured 2 component polyaddition curing silicone moulding rubber that is highly elastic and self-demoulding. This rubber has a high tear resistance and good chemical resistance. Can be used on all surfaces except glass or ceramics. In these moulds, you can cast form pieces with UP - EP - PU or zellane.
Available in 1+1 kg, 5+5 kg and 25+25 kg packaging.

Applications
For the manufacture of elastic negative moulds with difficult design and very deep cuts. Can be poured easily. Low shrinkage. Already demouldable after 3 hours.
Resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +250°C.
Usage
- Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
- Mix both components in a 1:1 weight ratio.
- Then pour the mixed rubber over the object.
- Potlife: approx. 15-20 min. at 23°C. De-cured after 3 hours.
- Fully cured after 24 hours. Minimum wall thickness 10 mm.
- Has an elongation of 320%. Crack resistance: +-10 N/mm.
- If you have any doubts about the substrate, it is best to make a test piece or to use release agent Trennspray.
- Be careful with plasticine based on phosphor and sulphur.
