Is a 2 component highly elastic, self-demoulding RTV rubber material based on silicone that reacts after the addition of a polyaddition hardener. This rubber has a higher Shore hardness and good chemical resistance. Can be used on all surfaces except glass or ceramics. In these moulds you can mould with UP - EP - PU or zellane.

Applications
For the manufacture of negative moulds with difficult shapes and deep incisions.
Is liquid and can be poured easily. Low shrinkage. Already demouldable after 60-90 minutes.
Usage
- Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
- Mix the two components in a 1:1 weight ratio.
- Then pour the mixed rubber over the object.
- Potlife: Approx. 14-17 min. at 23°C.
- Fully cured after 60 minutes.
- Has an elongation of 500%.
- Tear resistance: 10-12 N/mm.
- If you have doubts about the surface, you should use release agent Trennspray.
Caution! Be careful with plasticine based on phosphor and sulphur.
