Is a transparent 2 component highly elastic, shore 33, self-demoulding RTV rubber material based on silicone that reacts after the addition of a polyaddition hardener. This rubber has a good tear resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used on all substrates except glass or ceramics. In these moulds, UP - EP - PU or zellane mouldings can be poured.

Applications
For the manufacture of negative moulds with difficult shapes and deep incisions. Is liquid and can be poured easily. Low shrinkage.
Usage
- Always ensure a dry and grease-free surface.
- Mix both components in a 1:1 weight ratio.
- This silicone must be processed under vacuum.

- Then pour the mixed rubber over the object.
- Potlife: approx. 20-22 minutes at 23°C.
- shore A: 33
- Fully cured after 3 hours.
- Has an elongation of 430%.
- Tearstrength: 16 N/mm.
- If in doubt about the substrate, it is best to use release agent Trennspray.

- Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
- Cleaning agent for tools: Cleaner A or M
- Cleaning agent for hands: hand cleaner Slig (soap Stockhausen).
