Is a 2 component solvent-free ( VOS <1%) silk gloss epoxy resin for sealing and protecting floors and walls. As a protective coating for concrete, cement, industrial asphalt and wood. Cures without sticking to the surface.

Applications
Used wherever an extremely wear-resistant floor coating is to be applied as a finish on various substrates. Due to the combination of extreme chemical and mechanical resistance, this coating meets the highest requirements.
Usage
- Can best be applied in combination with a suitable primer (base coat).
- We recommend the 2K epoxy eco primer fast. Waiting time between layers of primer - floor paint: 6 hours at 8°C, 3 hours at 16°C and 1 hour at 25°C.
- Then mix both components of the epoxy eco paint in a 100/500 (1:5) weight ratio.
- The viscosity can be adjusted by adding 5-10% water.
- Potlife: 45 min. at 23°C. Dry after 24 hours.
- Waiting time between coats: min. 12 hours at 23°C and max. 5 days.
- Processing temperature: 15-25°C.
- Fully cured after 5 days at 23°C.
- Apply with a brush or rol.
- Do not make too large quantities in one go because of the processing time.
Safety
- Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
