Is a 2-component integral foam with closed cell structure. Should always be used in combination with B-component. After you get a tough product with skin formation and a density of 60 kg/m³. Resistant to chemicals and diluted acids.

Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 200 kg packs (A-component).

Applications

For filling hollow space insulation, sound insulation, seat cushions, mattresses and masks that must remain durable and elastic. Is paintable and can be coloured with 5% PUR pigment. Exposure to sunlight will discolour the material.

Attention: does not give homogeneous colours.

Usage

Mix the individual components thoroughly.
Mix both components in a 100/35 weight ratio and pour into the shape or area to be filled.
The potlife is approx. 25 sec.
The expansion is approx. 16 x the volume.
Dry after 15 min.
De-formable after 20 min. and fully hardened after 12 hours.
Depending on the density, you can add more or less hardener (test first).
Make sure that the processing temperature is between 20°C and 25°C.
Mixing is best done with a mechanical mixer.
As a protective coating, our Protoflex or PU PN1707 inmold coating can be used.
As release agent we recommend APW.
Store the foam between 10° and 25°C because of frost sensitivity.
