Applications
Casts pieces and objects with porcelain structure and appearance. Dries faster than plaster or plaster and is clearly harder. Can be coloured with powder pigments.
Usage
- The mixing ratio is 3.3 parts powder to 1 part water by weight.
- Add the powder to the water while mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into the silicone or latex mould.
- It is possible to pour several layers on top of each other when zellan has not yet hardened.
- Demouldable after 30 minutes. Zellaan cannot be tumbled.
- Afterwards to treat waterproof with a varnish ( G8) or waterproof coating
