What is Terrazzo?
How do you get a "Terrazzo effect"?

Discover it all during our creative Terrazzo crafting workshop on Thursday, January 25, 2024!

During this workshop you will make 2 objects in terrazzo, you can choose between a coaster, a candle holder or a small dish. You will learn step by step how to make terrazzo flakes, how to proceed in casting the mold and how to create the right effect with the finishing and sanding.

Our Terrazzo objects are cast in Zellaan, also known as porcelain plaster. Zellaan is a super user-friendly product that allows you to pour molds very easily. This porcelain plaster is much stronger than ordinary plaster and also hardens very quickly.

This workshop is accessible to everyone, with or without experience! Our Experience Center is also accessible for wheelchair users.

After this workshop you can take home your own creations and you have all the knowledge and experience you need to start crafting at home!
