MC5 is a 2-component system, non-filled with low odour development and fast , which can be mixed with various fillers. The viscosity of the two components has been kept particularly low in order to be able to fill it with the fillers.

Available in 2 kg and 20 kg containers.

Applications

Universally applicable for all types of moulds and models. Multicast is easy to use, cures very well even in thin layers.

Very fast curing; high temperature resistance.

Usage

Always ensure that the surface is as dry as possible. Distribute any fillers between the two components and mix thoroughly. Mix separate components well before use.

Mixing ratio: 100/100 parts by weight.

Potlife: 2 to 3 min.

Curing time 25 min. at 4-5 mm.

Always provide appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
Avoid prolonged skin contact.
Cleaning agent for tools: cleaner M (environmentally friendly substitute for acetone).
