Which factors determine the price of a casting floor?

• The preparation
  The preparation of the surface, represents a large part of the cost. For example, if a cast floor has to be placed on top of an existing floor, like tiles, uneven concrete, screed or a wood floor, then each of these surfaces require different preparations.
• Additional costs
  There is often more to the job than its seems. For example, you have to check if the surface needs to be leveled. The price depends on the thickness and condition of your substrate. You should count on 10 to 15€/m².
• The surface
  Especially for small and technical surfaces, contractors often charge fixed prices. This is because the cost for a large surface is almost the same as for a small one. As a result, the costs for small surfaces sometimes climb substantially.
