How to repair holes, cracks or concrete rot in floors?

Epoxy BK

Quartz sand

Epoxy resins have long been used for both repairing and laying synthetic floors.

Concrete rot and holes or cracks in concrete can be repaired efficiently and permanently with a mixture of Epoxy Resin BK combined with quartz sand. By mixing Epoxy BK with quartz sand, you obtain a polymer concrete that is up to 4 times stronger than a regular concrete. Pour or spatula the mixture into the holes and openings of the concrete floor and use it to reinforce the whole.

Epoxy BN

With the Epoxy BN you pour a tight and self-leveling floor. Because of its composition, you obtain a hard, wear-resistant and highly chemical-resistant work floor. Epoxy cast floors find their application mainly in industry, especially where heavy loads are expected. For floors over which trucks drive and places where unloading and loading takes place, an epoxy floor is the right solution.

How to prevent the build-up of surface water?

Epoxy coating

Due to the excellent adhesion of epoxy resin to virtually any substrate, Epoxy Primer Fast is an ideal solution for improving the adhesion of epoxy coatings or polyurethane paints, among others, to the substrate. Epoxy Primer Fast may even be applied to a slightly damp substrate. The thinly liquid and fast-drying epoxy resin thus penetrates deeper into the porous concrete and hermetically seals the surface. Ideal for blocking rising groundwater. Over this you can then finish with the Eco floor paint.

Wear-resistant floor paint for heavy-duty floors

Epoxy Primer Fast

ECO floor paint

V-Sure's Eco floor paint is a wear-resistant topcoat for finishing concrete, for example. After applying the Epoxy Primer Fast, you can apply this topcoat in 2 coats with a roller. Thanks to the short drying time, you can finish a large number of square meters per day. For feed chutes in cattle barns or storage areas in the agricultural sector, this is the perfect wear-resistant solution. The Eco floor paint is available in a neutral gray color which makes it fit any shed.

How to make screed or concrete air and waterproof to install parquet or tiles over it?

G4 sealing

With the G4 Sealer you ensure that screed and concrete become air- and watertight. Then you can use tile adhesive to fix your parquet or tiles and you can be sure of a durable and waterproof result.

How to varnish marble or natural stone?

G8 Super

G8 Super is a crystal clear, uv-resistant varnish. It is also PU-based and can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Thanks to its ultra low viscosity (G8 is water thin), it will penetrate deeply into non-absorbent or porous substrates. Think of marble or natural stone that you need to treat or wood that must be resistant to wind and weather.

How do I glue tiles to MDF or polyester?

PUR Glue 666

PUR 666 is a 2-component construction adhesive in a convenient 5:1 ratio. It allows you to glue not only wood to wood, but also wood to concrete and even numerous plastics, including PVC, polyester or PU. Thanks to the delivery in handy tubes, which you can use with an ordinary sealant gun, you can work with this kit even in the most difficult places. The drying time is 90 minutes, which usually gives ample time to position everything properly. Also, the tough-elastic property of this product gives it a unique quality that you can use for your job.

How to waterproof the substrate of a terrace in order to put tiles on it?

H30 Azur Laminating resin

For this we recommend creating a laminate with two layers of liquid H30 Azur Laminating Resin combined with a 300 gr/m² glass mat. To improve adhesion to potentially damp substrates, use G4 Primer. For waterproofing at the top of the polyester laminate, apply the T35 Topcoat and sprinkle sand for better adhesion of the tile adhesive.

For an elastic coating, first apply the G4 Primer and then use Flexovoss K6T, also sprinkling sand for tiling.

If you want to paint the patio, use G4 Primer and finish with Estovoss Super. Anti-slip granules can be added if necessary.

Can you paint over an old tile floor or ceramic tile?

Not all tiles are suitable for painting directly over. We recommend always performing a test on a small area. Please contact us for further information on using G4 Primer and Estovoss Standard for finishing.

In some cases, the 2-component Epoxy Light Primer, with the addition of 20% Epoxy Thinner, may work better. After preparation, a 2-component lacquer or paint such as Urki Voc or Urki nato can be used for finishing.

How can I seal a quartz carpet floor?

Urki Nato Satin varnish

Use the liquid Epoxy resin BK for this purpose. Pour this on to level all unevenness and holes. Finally, finish with the UV-resistant Urki Nato final coat, which gives a satin finish.
