Reviving aluminium and joinery

The aluminium frames of your exterior joinery are exposed on a daily basis to dust, carbon deposits, salt, pollen, acid rain, UV light, etc.
The heat bakes these contaminants into the substrate layer.

After a while, this action causes the top layer of aluminium paint to deteriorate. The profiles become dull and show stains or streaks. Sometimes there may even be a colour difference. The building's environment also plays an important role. Aluminium profiles of buildings on the coastside or in busy cities have to endure much more than those inland.

Cleaning with aggressive products can lead to irreparable damage to the aluminium. Therefore, the use of correct products is strongly recommended.

Aluminium frames for windows and doors, as well as garage doors and aluminium wall cladding can be given a durable polish with the S1 Polish from Sea-Line.

This product ensures that dull stains and chalking disappear. This polish also provides a protective layer that prevents future tarnishing of aluminium substrates.

The S1 Polish is liquid, which makes it easy to use. Apply some of the S1 on a cotton cloth and keep polishing with a rotating movement until the white paste has disappeared. After polishing, you use the microfibre cloth to remove the last residues and obtain your high-gloss finish.
