Fine finishing filler

FEW filler

This super fine finishing filler is suitable for almost any substrate. It is ideal for filling holes or unevennesses up to 5 mm thickness. Thanks to the fast curing, this filler is already sandable within 15 to 20 minutes.

You can apply this filler to wooden interior doors or frames, but also to damaged natural stone or marble. Metal plates or parts can also be touched up with it without any problems. Kitchen countertops or cabinet doors or wall elements that you wish to paint can be quickly leveled with the FEW filler.

Waterproof filler

Epoxy Universal Filler

This waterproof filler allows you to level and fill in up to 5 mm, on substrates with high humidity or where there is frequent contact with water. For example, repairs of wood rot on window or door frames, but also for poutrels or beams that have suffered corrosion or wood rot. This 2K epoxy filler resists most dilute acids and alkalis and provides a water-resistant coating.

Fiber reinforced filler for outdoor use

Epoxy Fiberglass Filler

This is a fiberglass reinforced paste that you can apply in any layer thickness. Thanks to the fibers, it strengthens the surface. You can use it to fill the largest areas and then finish with the Universal Filler. The applications of the Epoxy Fiber Filler are mainly outdoor applications where a lot of water and moisture can affect the substrate, such as support beams of porches or canopies, but also gates or fences in wood that need to face weather and wind.

Fiber reinforced filler for indoor use

V11

This is a fiber reinforced paste that you can apply centimeters thick. Again, the fibers contribute to increased strength and compression resistance. V11 is fast curing and can be overworked within 15 to 20 minutes. Applications are particularly indoors, such as loose hinges or parts you need to join with a filling compound. Wood to wood or metal to metal and visa versa can be glued together with no problem with this paste.

Waterproof coating for flat roofs and gutters

Flexyseal

This handy 1 component coating is ideal for making gutters and troughs watertight. Thanks to its high elasticity of over 400%, you can apply Flexyseal to almost any substrate, such as wood, concrete, PVC, polyester, copper, lead and even some EPDMs. .

Flexyseal is also suitable for waterproofing foundations or wet areas or repairing flat roofs and cisterns in case of calamities. Flexyseal is chemically resistant to most dilute acids and alkalis. Thanks to its metallic gray color, Flexyseal reflects sunlight making it extremely UV-resistant.

Universal primer for levelling and damp-proofing substrates

Epoxy Light primer

Epoxy Primer is a universal solvent-based primer suitable for leveling the substrate before working on it with a 2K system. This epoxy primer is also ideal to make a substrate damp-proof, by applying several layers of the Light Primer. It can be used on any substrate. Thanks to its epoxy base, this primer is perfect for repainting a Jacuzzi or a substrate in permanent hot water stress. This primer is easy to sand afterwards to obtain a nice even surface. Thanks to the white or gray color, you quickly get good coverage with your final finish.

Epoxy floor paint for a hard-wearing cast floor finish

Epoxy Eco Floor Paint

Epoxy-based floor systems find their applications primarily in the industrial and agricultural world, mainly where increased abrasion resistance and chemical resistance are expected. With epoxy, you can count on a durable and extremely abrasion-resistant material.

Where necessary, the epoxy paint can be provided with an anti-slip, which is then incorporated into the product. These epoxies are 2k, so they dry quickly and you can walk or drive on them quite quickly. This is ideal for floors in garages or workshops. Other applications include concrete feed chutes at farmers who keep cows or other livestock. Thanks to its material properties, it will protect the concrete from further deterioration and wear.

The epoxy eco floor paint provides a seamless protective layer and silk-gloss screed finish. This layer is UV resistant and completely waterproof. It is also very easy to apply on substrates such as concrete, cement, asphalt or wood.

PU Foam for pouring and filling hollow spaces

PU Foam

V-Sure has 2K casting foams that can be used for pouring on and filling hollow spaces. Thanks to the range of different hardnesses, this foam can be used as insulation material, suitable for insulating cold and heat. The harder varieties are used to replace wood. Thanks to their hardness, they are even nailable.

Most foams find their application for pouring to replace a screed or concrete. Curing occurs within minutes and no water or moisture is involved. This means that you can work more quickly with other materials such as a PU cast floor; fix pipes or tubes by pouring them on. Also the fixing of poutrels or beams is done within 10 minutes. Once cured, you can further process this foam by drilling or sanding.

Universal joint sealant for sealing seams and cracks

PU sealant

V-Sure's 1K universal joint sealant remains highly elastic and is perfectly paintable. It is ideal for sealing seams or gaps in almost any substrate. It is permanently elastic but not plastic like a bitume. This joint sealant is extremely suitable for applications with wood, such as in interior construction for sealing seams where increased water resistance is an issue. It is also suitable for filling expansion joints in lining consisting of concrete or tile.

Polyurethane casting resin and coatings for a waterproof finish

PU casting resin & coating

These 2K PU coatings are suitable for waterproofing septic tanks or collection tanks for air conditioning and air purification systems. PU coatings can also be used for molding seams and joints or joining various materials, including glass, wood, concrete, PVC and polyester. These coatings are solvent-free and can be finished with most paints to achieve the right color. Casting electrical components to make them waterproof are also among the applications.

Renovating existing floors or casting new floors with a sleek and smooth finish

PU cast floor

PU cast floors are available in various decorative colors. Easy installation makes this system the ideal solution for renovating old existing floors or for casting on new floors with a tight and flat finish.

PU cast floors are ideal for use in retail spaces, but also offer a perfect solution for private homes. Kitchens, living spaces bathrooms and sanitary areas can be finished with it without any problems. For heavier work, it can be finished with an anti-slip and UV-resistant top layer.

With a PU cast floor it is possible to create a seamless transition from a living room or indoor living space to an outdoor terrace. Restoration or renovation of terraces and balconies are also among the possibilities.

PU glue

V-Sure has an extensive range of adhesives, with both one-pack and two-pack systems, ranging from thin liquid to splashable. So you can find the right product for every application.

Our PU adhesives are suitable for bonding all kinds of sheet material. With the PU adhesives of V-Sure, you can bond parquet or wood standard waterproof. Also the manufacture of wooden beams or furniture, with filling and constructive properties, have been carried out for years with these products.

Polyurethane varnish or paint for a durable finish

PU varnish & paints

1k or 2k PU varnishes have found their application in construction for many years. For example, V-Sure's PU varnishes are perfect for repainting gates, windows and doors, both inside and outside. This varnish is also applicable for repainting aluminum profiles, after they have been repaired with an alu filler.

You can also use PU varnish to coat a worn or damaged enamel bathtub or shower. After applying the right primer, you can paint on ceramic tiles in kitchens or bathrooms. It is also possible to use PU coating to stop soot penetration so that work can continue on a chipped fireplace surround.
